Open-source tools built from real SEO and AI consultancy work
Consultancy work reveals problems that generic tools don't solve. The tools below grew out of specific problems encountered during client and research work — each one built to automate something too slow or imprecise to do by hand, then presented publicly at industry conferences. They are working solutions, not products: open-source and on GitHub so others can inspect them, adapt them, and take them further.
SEO Sentinel
A configurable Python tool for automating website checks and preventing SEO issues before they escalate. SEO Sentinel monitors for unexpected events and potential problems — such as missing redirects, compromised robots.txt files, or signs of hacking — and sends alerts so issues are caught early rather than discovered after damage is done.
Presented at Advanced SEO Tool — AI Edition, Milano, September 2025
SEO Fuzzy Match
A tool that automates URL matching for website migrations by finding the closest content matches between old and new resources. Migration URL mapping is one of the most error-prone tasks in technical SEO — especially when URLs don't correspond neatly. SEO Fuzzy Match uses fuzzy string matching to handle the cases where nothing aligns cleanly.
Presented at Advanced SEO Tool 2024, Milano, October 2024
Visibility Topics Analyzer
A Python script that uses Google Search Console data to identify the most impacted topics associated with changes in search query rankings. Rather than looking at individual keywords in isolation, it surfaces the underlying topics driving visibility shifts — making it easier to understand what is actually changing and why.
